The choice of this image for your final was a good decision. The woman in curlers looking at another woman raises a lot of questions; is this her in the future, her mother, daughter, etc? The color added to the frame and the background is done well. The color on the hair is especially excellent. In fact, it may be that color IRL (the point is I can't tell).
I would encourage you to consider adding some kind of barrier (shadow or even a slight blur) to the frame and the front figure; it almost looks like it is growing out of the head.
i am also glad you chose this for your final image..this image has a wonderful perceptive and depth. The purple and green cause a nice contrast against the blue background. This is a very thought provoking image it could be interpreted as a mirror or even a doorway makes me think about a liminal space with threshold as a frame. Over all very nice image! :)
I love the composition, the frame within the frame, seems to be a strong concept and makes me think about different ideas! also interesting choice of color,purple and blue adds lots of depth and certain darkness to the image. There is a lots of tension where image is cropped with the head and also the frame which might be intentional but I feel like that area could use more space...

I am immediately reminded of your piece from camera and light with the man looking in the mirror and we expect to see his face, but instead we still only see the back of his head Choosing to show the figure in the background with their hair let down, brings a few questions to mind; is the figure looking at whom they want to be or hope to be, or is the figure seeing someone else entirely? I like your color choice, especially in the hair and rollers. However, the blue frame is very bright and is a little distracting. Overall, I think you have done a very good job.
This one would be my choice, seems abit darker than the other with the mirror image. Really like the mirror image of extra woman's head in frame, this adds a very surrealist quality to this image. Color choice works well, because they are not the colors one would expect.
Although I really like how how the colors work together. I would have like to see a better variety of colors. I feel like there is too much blue in the picture. Its interesting how you have sort of a PIP (picture in picture). It has me wondering if she envy's that which is why she has the curlers in her hair. Or what else she might be thinking.
